OCHFA Turnkey PLUS Program Participation
Approval by the Master Servicer
The Turnkey Plus program is offered via a master servicer, U.S. Bank and only to Correspondent lenders that have a warehouse line and can deliver to U.S. Bank a closed loan. Each Lender must sign a Lender Participation Agreement to participate in the Turnkey PLUS Program, signed by an authorized officer of the Lender. Lenders must email a signed agreement to David Feisal at dfeisal@ochfa.org Subject line: OCHFA Turnkey PLUS Lender Agreement The Agreement may be signed and scanned or signed electronically.
OCHFA Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) Program Participation
Each Lender must sign a Lender Participation Agreement to participate in the MCC Program, signed by an authorized officer of the Lender. Lenders must email a signed PDF copy of the MCC Lender Participation Agreement to: onboarding@eHPUniversity.com. Subject Line: (your lender name) OCHFA MCC Agreement. The Agreement may be signed and scanned or signed electronically.
